Texas Training Grounds Ten Mile Kennels has 60 acres in southern Texas where they spend January - Mid April. Below are some photos of the retriever training grounds located in Texas. Yeah, they do live in a barn in the winter! Also, Ten Mile Kennels leases 2 other ranches to provide over 2000 acres of training ground.
